What is Vedic Meditation?
Vedic meditation is an ancient yet effortless practice that releases accumulated stress and cultivates a deep inner contentedness. Once we’ve received instruction from an expert teacher, we learn to access a source of rest that’s measurably deeper than sleep. It’s easy and natural to put into practice, even for the busiest minds. Through meditating twice a day for 20 minutes, we begin to thrive even when facing the most intense demands and pressures of daily life. We notice a range of remarkable benefits, including reduced stress levels, increased self-mastery, improved overall health, amplified energy levels, and a quieting of our incessant inner chatter.
Engaging in this enjoyable daily ritual fosters a state of genuine, baseline happiness and makes us feel aligned with our true selves. With this practice, we discover a new sense of clarity and calmness that spreads to all parts of our lives, creating a balance between our inner and outer worlds.
How do I learn?
We learn Vedic meditation through four easy, 90-minute in-person sessions with an expertly trained teacher (such as myself!).
> The first step is a free introductory session to learn all about the details of the course.
> The second step is to arrange our 4 sessions of either group or private tuition.
> Once we graduate as fully self-sufficient Vedic meditators, we have a technique that can last us a lifetime, along with continued access to our Vedic meditation teacher, plentiful resources, group meditations, and follow-ups.
