About Me

I teach Vedic meditation in the South Bay of Los Angeles, and the wider Los Angeles area. I was trained as a Vedic Meditation teacher in the foothills of the Himalayas, in an intensive 3 month program led by Thom Knoles, the most renowned and respected teacher outside of India.

Before I became a practicing meditator, I was trapped in a never-ending cycle of anxiety and stress and stuck in a toxic work relationship with no conceivable way out. I didn't feel like myself anymore, and I began to have panic attacks.

Everything changed when I discovered Vedic Meditation.  This 5000-year-old tradition became my lifeline.  This simple technique not only helped me with my anxiety,  it transformed every aspect of my life.
6 years later my life could not be more different. At the end of 2019, I made the courageous decision to leave my business. It was a leap of faith, but one that I knew was necessary for my well-being. As an introvert who was terrified of speaking in front of people, I never imagined that I would find success in a sales position during the pandemic.  But that's exactly what happened.  Despite my fear and self-doubt, I allowed myself to step outside of my comfort zone, continually reaching for new heights. Throughout this incredible journey, Vedic Meditation has been my guiding light.  It has supported me in ways I never thought possible.
In late 2018, I was listening to a podcast where Thom Knoles shared the remarkable story of teaching meditation to inmates at San Quentin.  I was captivated, and I couldn't stop thinking about it.  The idea of bringing this beautiful practice to people resonated deeply with me.  I studied Vedic knowledge for 3 years to gain the prerequisites for becoming a teacher, culminating with 3 months in the Himalayas where I came back with the tools required to teach this amazing and necessary practice.

I am delighted to teach Vedic Meditation in the Los Angeles area, and am willing to travel anywhere there is an appetite to learn.
